DON’t leave anything behind, they will keep it!

Would give it a 5 but I left my charger and adapter and paid a taxi to come here thinking they would be honest and have it but they kept it. I asked the front desk for a lost and found and they told me it’s not there they don’t even check.

Overall our stay was good. Only comments are the iron that was brought to our room didn’t work, we didn’t bother to say anything as we made do and the bathroom door didn’t stay closed, so we had to put something between the door and wall for it to stay closed…it’s the type of door / design that is used.

Ideal location to grab a few hour sleep before an early flight. Modern and clean rooms, handy shuttle service, though better info re. where to find the minibus would be welcome, staff could be a bit more professional, ie when there’s a queue of people waiting to check in at midnight and only one person out of the 3 at reception is available and they chat and joke around.

We stayed at the property for two days, first day was smooth, however day two was a disaster. Front desk staff was rude, the ac was not working in the rooms at all . We called maintenance and they told us it’s working, that was not true.

The restaurant on property was excellent and the staff was amazing. We brought a toddler with us and the team was more than accommodating. The hotel is next to a mall which is very convent, especially if you’re in town for a cruise.

With 5-6 hours to wait, I really appreciated their willingness to secure our luggage until check-in time. In addition to the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast was very good, the parking is very safe and secure and the spa is awesome! I just wish the spa was open longer. I would stay here again!

Bad communication

We stayed one night and only because of the free airport shuttle did we book this place, I tried to communicate with them beforehand re walking around the airport for over an hour trying to find their shuttle - other hotels said that you no longer where you were before, but did not know where you would be. We tried to send a message - as of 4 days ago you still did not send a reply. Extremely bad service. The room was basic - but luckily only for one night. Based on the hotel’s lack of communication we don’t recommend this place to stay and definitely would not come back.

No pool, great stay

The best part of this place is the very convenient and reliable shuttle to and from the airport. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. I stayed here twice this trip flying in and out of Barcelona and highly recommend. However there is no pool or access to a pool, they need to change the picture, it is misleading.
