The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Louis. Outstanding service and when our airline did NOT give us our luggage, he tried to help us and let us stay a bit late from check out when we had to go buy more clothing and personal hygiene items. Highly recommend this hostel. El personal va ser increïblement útil, especialment Louis.
