The room had everything we needed, the staff was friendly, and the breakfasts were filling and delicious 👍 Please note that the hotel is far from the metro—we sometimes took a taxi to get to Venice. Overall, everything was great 👍

Everything was great, except for the hard bed. We stayed for 14 days, and every morning was painful. We weren’t the only ones who complained about it. I believe the hotel should have comfortable beds specifically after a full day of being a tourist.

Everything was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was nice, but there’s a couple things that bothered me, there was no refrigerator in the room, the temperature of the shower had a problem and was always changing and instead of a queen bed, they gave us two single bed pushed together.

The pool was closed for a private event. No notice or discount was offered. This was our chill in between countries and we specifically booked this hotel to swim and relax. No access to the lobby vending machine or bar area available either during the event. The hotel was far off the beaten path so with no hotel amenities available this was very disappointing.

Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere else last minute that costed us thousands of dollars since they refused to refund us or offer any upgrades.
