I liked that the Hilton was close to the port and close to get on the Hop on Hop off bus. This was a great way to see the beautiful city of Barcelona. I booked the Hilton thru Expedia. I had access to email guest at Hilton for info on transfers. What needs to be checked is what Hilton that the guest is staying…. Our transport dropped us at wrong Hilton…. causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. This is our first time booking at the Hilton and plan to book in NY. TY

Our room was large and beautiful, overlooking the ocean. Large bathroom with shower and separate tub. Air conditioning did not work, fortunately it was not too hot and we could open the window for fresh air. Some of the power outlets were not working and again we were able to find a work around.

The hotel was very nice. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom wasn’t mopped and had some stains around the toilet before we even used it.

A standard chain hotel lacking distinctive character. Staff are efficient, though not especially warm. Executive rooms offer limited value for the price, and the executive floor breakfast is a modest continental selection with few options.

The experience we had was incredible since we walked in. Frankie at the front desk make sure we were attended in every single way everyday. The place is amazing outside of the old Town but close to all transportation and entertaiment
