The front desk staff called Paula helped me out contact the car rental company since the electric car broke down. She talked to the car rental company about what was happening and told them to send a taxi to take me and my family to the airport to catch the flight. She was very helpful to solve the issue and we did catch the flight eventually. Thanks very much.
