This apartment is a family-friendly hideaway in the heart of bustling Barcelona. Surrounded by the most popular sights, restaurants, and shops, it is the perfect home base for exploring the city. The apartment was completely renovated in July 2021 and is located in an elegant residential building with a doorman. It is ideal for families.<br><br>The apartment features a modern layout with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living and dining area features large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There are two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a standing shower), two twin rooms with bunk beds, and a master bedroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. <br><br>This apartment has three split-type ductless A/C systems located in the living area and in two of the three bedrooms. The room with the bunk beds does not have an A/C unit but does have a fan to circulate the air. Regarding the temperature, the A/C system and fans are sufficient under normal weather conditions. We are not responsible for any discomfort caused by heat waves, as this is beyond our control. <br><br>High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection.<br><br>Also important to note: FREE AMAZON PRIME VIDEO for all our guests (tons of TV shows and movies!).
