My stayed at Factory Suites was excellent, the room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Check in and check out experience was smooth. The property is very old. However located in very good location! The entrance inside the lobby is with chipped paint. The rooms are on the 1st floor. The bathroom and toilet are in a separate room and need to cross corridor to go there. For 1-2 nights are Ok.

No one was there to greet us. We arrived at 8.30 at night. If one of the guests had not to help us, we would be on the street. We did not even receive an apology from the owner. The sink was clogged, shower to small to enter, drain of shower clogged. Tiles are broken.

Had a great time

We had a great stay here. Whilst the buildings a bit old and has a corrugated floor it was cosy and welcoming. Christina (the manager) was delightful and couldnt do enough to help us out. The breakfast (carefully sectioned off to each room) was well thought out and scrumptious. We stayed here as we only had 1 night so stayed near the basilica. Christina's friendly manner was what really made our trip
