The room was too warm. When I turned the AC down, it did not come on. I think it was placebo, and then the hotel staff told our friends in their room that the AC was turned off this time of year because the guest didn’t need it. I thought that was a terrible idea, as the guest should always be able to regulate the temperature in their room to the comfort that they like. The food that they served in the dining room that should’ve been hot was lukewarm. Not sure if that’s a country thing or if they just didn’t wanna make the food hot.

The room was generally clean. My flight arrived at 6am and they allowed us to store our luggage for free until check-in. The guy at the front desk with glasses was really rude. We didn’t know we had to insert the key-card to turn on the lights. The cleaning staff were very kind. They walked into our room accidentally one day and afterwards they seemed to know when we were in our room to avoid cleaning until after we left. The floor in the shower was uneven, so the water would spill out onto the floor. Unfortunately we never got to try the gym or the pool. I also found it a bit annoying that we paid for a single bed with patio and we were given two beds pushed together.

It was a beautiful hotel but the WiFi was not working on the hotel room, only the lobby. And the shower was clogged up because there was water everywhere, around the sink, around the toilet, I had to try it up with multiple towels. I was scared to plug my hair iron & do my hair due to the wet floor. But overall, the staff were very nice & professional.
