This magnificent designer apartment is located in a building dating from 1754 that was renovated in 2022, right next to the Mercat de Sant Antoni, has been completely renovated and furnished, combining high-quality materials and design.

This comfortable apartment has two bedrooms, one with two double beds and the other with a queen-size bed. The ceilings feature restored wooden beams. The master bedroom has a restored brick ceiling, giving it a rustic yet modern feel.

The fully equipped open-concept kitchen includes a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a washer-dryer. The bathroom features high-quality Italian ceramic tiles and tropical woods.
This designer apartment is entirely exterior-facing; the floors are made of a combination of natural French oak and natural Indian stone. It features an air conditioning and heat pump system for winter, a 40-inch 4K Smart TV, and each bedroom has a mirrored closet with ample space for your clothes.

The balcony was incorporated into the 2022 renovation to preserve its original appearance, and the bedroom window was extended to the floor and fitted with a railing.

The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (please bring your own laptop).
Sheets and towels are also provided in the apartment.

Check-In Time: Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Depending on other reservations, we may be flexible regarding check-in time (earlier than 3:00 PM). See terms and conditions.

If you arrive after 9:00 PM, you must add 30 EUR to the total amount. For check-ins after 12:00 AM, you must add 50 EUR to the total amount.
