Très médiocre

L'appartement est très vétuste. L'électricité est à refaire intégralement. Le carrelage se décolle. Il faut débrancher le cumulus pour brancher la clim . Sans oublier 3ème étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier très étroit. Bref je ne recommande pas et n'y retournerai sûrement pas.
