We spent 3 days in Barcelona the Hotel California. It was a little hard to locate at first but we found it was so convenient to the Ramblas, the Boqueria, even the metro. Staff were very proficient, courteous and helpful. Room was not huge, though perfectly suited for a short stay and together with the bathroom was well appointed, equipped, decorated and maintained. Great amenities provided - maybe more than one coffee pod and milk carton would be good. Only minor point, but a USB Charging port in place of one of the sockets would be useful. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the old quarter and the rest is walkable. Heartily recommended.
