The hotel was nice enough, the food in the restaurant was good but a bit overpriced. The desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. The biggest disappointment for us was the lack of the airport shuttle. We specifically booked this hotel and paid more than we normally would for a hotel room so that we could have a shuttle to the airport. Upon check in we were informed that we would not be able to take the shuttle to the airport and would have to pay for a taxi instead. Apparently the shuttle doesn't run until 5AM and we needed to leave the hotel at 4 AM. The hotel's website didn't not disclose this information. The taxi ended up costing us $45 USD for a 10 min drive to the airport so beware if you need the shuttle before 5 AM, this is not the hotel for you.

Choose this hotel due to its service of shuttle to and from the airport. Needed a hotel for the last night before a morning flight. Shuttle was easy and reliable The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The only thing we disliked was the shower did not have a door and water drained out to the vanity area. Other than that, We had a good nights rest before a long flight back home!

The hotel was up to date, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was all very friendly. I was however disappointed that the shuttle only ran in the morning and the evening to and from the airport and as my flight landed midday I had to take a taxi. I was also a bit surprised as a gold member that requests for early check in was not available. Luckily they had a very nice lounge area and the very kind staff helped us to store our luggage until check in time. All in all, I would stay again.

We stayed one nght before our cruise and one night after. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful. We arrived in the afternoon from a long flight on first day. We had a light dinner at the restaurant/bar. Unfortunately, we only had hamburger because they had limited menu choice and we were captived with no car or knew where to go for a decent dinner. I would prefer a steak dinner. We did had a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. We tried order different food for dinner when we came back form the cruise. We ordered Focaccia and thought it was pizza even though pizza is not my favorite food because I am lactose intolerance. To our horror the dish came in a thck stuffed pizza with cheese and huge. We ate may be 2 oz and discarded the rest. It cost soemthng lie $40. It was good that we had a good breakfast the next morng before our flight back to U.S. The hotel should consider expand the resuatrant menu and may be the rating woud go up. The hotel did have an excellent weight room.
