Location was wonderful. After hours of traveling, we just went upstairs to the hotel. Metro station right there too, so easy to get anywhere. Comfortable bed, nice, clean room. Breakfast buffet offered lots of selections and was good. So glad we chose this hotel. Hotels.com says they have laundry facilities - should say laundry services. No self serve on property. Laundromat is a fairly easy 10 minute walk away. Staff was helpful and nice and stored our larger checked bag while we went to Madrid for a couple of days so that we didn't have to drag it on the train with us. Recommend!

The hotel was super clean and well taken care of. The hotel had its own restaurant and breakfast buffet. The price wasn’t good for what we got though. The hotel was conveniently located on top of the main train station and close to public transportation. Very walkable. Staff was very kind and helpful when needed.

We loved the convenience of the property. It felt quite safe once inside the hotel. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The bar staff were very friendly and made wonderful sangria. Our room was on the top floor. It was super quiet. However, I did not care for the pocket door to the toilet that didn’t close all the way. The hair dryer didn’t work properly and the shower was persnickety. I have reservations to stay at this property in two weeks, so obviously the negatives did not outweigh the positives.

Check in ok. Room hotter than blazes. Called for help. Will send maintenance. No one. Had to leave for dinner2 hours later. No one. Back from dinner room still hot. Went to front desk. Maintenance showed up 5 minutes later. Replaced AC air filter. Room started cooling. Husband slipped on slick shower floor. Dangerous step in area without grippy floor. Don’t recommend Barcelo Sants.
