This property is close to Sagrada Familia, which is a big plus, because it's such an awesome sight and place to visit. We could even view it from our unit window. The registration desk is a short distance away from where our unit was actually located. Except for the days we checked in and out, there was no inconvenience. The unit was clean and fairly spacious. As an apartment unit, there were kitchen conveniences as well as a washer but no dryer, but there is a provided drying rack). I would staybhere again.

Stayed 3 nights. Perfect location to see Sagrada Família Church and Guell Park in Barcelona. We walked everywhere and felt safe. Local restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The room is smaller than expected but clean. Air conditioner worked great as room was super stuffy. Check-in location is across the street which was a little confusing. The area and building had an off sewer smell all the time but not in the room. Loved the location the most.

Beautiful location!!! First time visitor to Barcelona and booked because of the view of the Sagrada. It was the BEST choice I could have made the location was wonderful! A grocery store feet away. Public transportation was right by the famous church. You won’t regret this stay with its amazing balconies!

The property is a great place to stay for a family of 4–5, especially with kids. There are restaurants and grocery stores just outside the property, and it offers a great view of the Sagrada Família. The place was very clean and fully equipped with the amenities as described.

the location is super close to SAGRADA FAMÍLIA, we were told that our suite does not have view but to our surprise it’s right at the corner of the building with a beautiful view of sagrada famila. The apartment is clean and stock with essentials, it has a laundry mat downstairs, grocery store and a bakery. I would definitely choose to stay at this apartment next time I’m in Barcelona. The only downside is that the bed is kind of noisy and they could use a better Mattress but you get what you pay for, the price is good for a fairly new apartment suite.

This apartment in the Eixample provided a less hectic and slightly less touristy experience than in the old town - but we could still get to everything we wanted to see by walking or public transportation. The apartment was clean and well-appointed for doing your own cooking and laundry. We had a one-bedroom and there was plenty of room for two. It's not fancy or luxurious, but it is comfortable, modern, and well-insulated from street noise when doors and windows are closed. We were there for a fairly cool and rainy week; don't know what it's like in the heat. And yes we could see Sagrada Familia from the balcony. The area seems safe but I would definitely take advantage of the safe to store any valuables.

Small, comfortable and clean in a great location

In a very good neighborhood, very close to Sagrada Famiglia, this small junior suite was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. I recommend it to couples (possible with a kid or junior) willing to explore the beautiful Barcelona.

Noise was a minor issue-ie could hear stuff going on above us. Bit on the whole lots of facilities n social things nearby n access to city centre n beyond good ie superb travel networks. Property a wee bit tired but probably due to high usage. Staff were A1- came across really nice folk n v obliging with a smile. Instructions to get there n get clear n simple- our taxi driver effed up getting there n a 2nd taci got us there while on speaker phone to Hostemplo reception. Everything worked well n accommodation facilities were great/ modern. Would definitely go back.

Excellent room/apartment, close to hop on hop off tours near gorgeous architecture shops and food. Comfy bed, 4 pillows!!! Hot water and towels enough for 3 showers! Free water in room.
