de la Rambla, Poble Sec! Being on the top floor of the building, it
receives plenty of natural light throughout the day, creating a warm

The apartment is on a 5th administrative floor, which corresponds to a
7th actual floor, so you will need to climb seven flights of stairs.
IMPORTANT: THE BUILDING HAS NO ELEVATOR, which is essential to consider
before booking, especially if you travel with heavy luggage, people
with reduced mobility, or strollers.
Designed for comfort and functionality, the apartment features one
double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped open
kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The living room,
with air conditioning, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the light
and the views after a day exploring Barcelona.
⚠️ Important note: Starting February 1st, work on the building façade
will begin, which may generate occasional noise or minor disruptions
during the day. Access to the apartment will always remain possible.

steps from the bars, restaurants, and theaters of Nou de la Rambla,
with excellent public transport connections to explore the city. This
apartment is perfect for couples or travelers looking for a central,
bright, and characterful space to enjoy Barcelona comfortably and
peacefully.
Please note the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6.25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guests have access to all the apartment.

Theatres and entertainment
Just a few minutes' walk away you'll find the Teatre Victòria, Teatre
Condal and the famous Sala Apolo, making the area the ‘Broadway of
Barcelona’.
Tapas and gastronomy
Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos
bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.
Montjuïc and green areas
A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens,
museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very
popular for its night-time light and water show.
Excellent connections
The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist
attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the
historic centre.
This accommodation is ideal for families, small groups, students or

Other things to note
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
