Apartment description - 3 bedroom apartment with 3 full bathrooms. This apartment still has the 100+ years old mosaic floors (a different design in every room) and beautiful ceilings with decorative moldings. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, shower, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet.
Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator.

The apartment has a small private BALCONY with seating and there is also access to the shared furnished ROOF TERRACE, with monument views.

BEDS - Master bedroom with one 180x190cm bed. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). 3rd bedroom has one single bed 90x200cm.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
You will have air conditioning A/C on hot days (May - September) or HEATING during the cold period (October - April).
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. It can sleep up to 6 (sofabed pulls out in the master bedroom).

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Me and my family loved the place ! It was spacious, having the 3 bathroom and AC was a plus. It was very clean and check in was very smooth! I am thankful for allowing us early check in since we were able to leave our luggage and go right away to our tour at La Sagrada Family! It is walkable to the Sagrada Family, Casa Batlló , many restaurants and places for breakfast around! I highly recommend this stay to anybody

My wife and kids did not know beforehand where we were staying. When we got into the flat they couldn’t believe how nice and spacious it was. Dropping off our luggage prior to check in was super easy too. The spot is above a cafe and near many restaurants. You are close to all the main attractions! I highly recommend if you travel to Barcelona.

The location was very convenient. Easy walking distance to train and places of interest like La Familia and even La Rambla. Liliana was very helpful. Apartment was clean and and best of all the air condition worked great! Very spacious for 4 people. Would definitely book again.

This property is perfect for families or large group. Private rooms to sleep and a hangout on the living room. Three full bathrooms make sure everyone has a bathroom available. Every thing is with in walking distance or easy to get to metro or taxi’s. I 100% recommend this property!! We were sad to leave.

Fernando and Olga are amazing hosts. They were there for our inquiries and responded very quickly. The historic apartment is a wonderful place to stay. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit. Very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this home.We also really enjoyed having Miners Cafe just downstairs!!!

Wow, the apartment is just gorgeous, and offers so much room!As a family of 4 adults, our adult sons absolutely enjoyed having a room to themselves, and each with their own shower and toilet, Wow!The location is brilliant, in such a lovely part of the city and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets all very close by.Washer and Dryer came in handy, as did the full sized kitchen. The living room balconies open up to the city, and the outlook is very pleasant.Would most definitely stay here again, for the location and the size of the apartment, in one of Europe's best cities, meant we had such a comfortable and relaxing stay.

"This apartment is an absolute masterpiece! We were blown away by the historical details—especially the 100+ year-old mosaic floors, which have a unique, stunning design in every single room. The high ceilings and decorative moldings really make the space feel grand. Our A+ hosts were wonderful and made sure every detail was perfect. We loved having our morning coffee on the private balcony and spending our evenings on the shared roof terrace with incredible views. Centrally located and within walking distance to the best of Barcelona, this 3-bed/3-bath was the perfect home base. We will definitely stay here again!"
