and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 5 guests. Features 2 bathrooms with
showers (one located on the terrace), a fully equipped open kitchen,
and a large terrace overlooking a school courtyard. Historic building
without an elevator (2nd floor, 3rd actual). Some noise may occur
during school hours. Perfect to experience the authentic city
atmosphere.
The space

iconic Gothic Quarter, ideal for guests seeking history, character, and
comfort. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the
living room, accommodating up to 5 guests, perfect for families or
groups of friends.
It offers two bathrooms with showers, one of them located on the
terrace, a distinctive feature of traditional Gothic Quarter buildings,
adding charm and authenticity to your stay.
The apartment boasts a large terrace overlooking a school courtyard, a
bright and pleasant space to relax or enjoy breakfast. During school
hours, some noise may be heard, reflecting the lively urban atmosphere
of the area.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is integrated with the living
area, creating a cozy and functional space for sharing time together.
Located in a historic building without an elevator, the apartment is on
the second floor (third floor by actual height), which is typical of
this charming neighborhood.
An excellent choice to experience the true spirit of Barcelona,
surrounded by history, culture, gastronomy, and within walking distance
of the city’s main attractions.
Please note the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
-The Gothic Quarter is usually very lively both day and night, so it
can be noisy.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the back
terrace.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guest access
The guest has full access to the entire accommodation.
Imagine stepping out from Escudellers, right in the heart of the Gothic
Quarter. The bustling streets of La Rambla greet you, alive with street
performers, cafés, and the vibrant pulse of Barcelona. Just a short
walk away, the Mercat de la Boqueria tempts you with fresh fruits,
local delicacies, and the aroma of sizzling tapas.
Turning a corner, you find yourself at the elegant Plaça Reial, its
palm trees and Gaudí-designed lamps creating a magical atmosphere.
Wander further into the narrow streets, and the quiet Plaça de Sant
Felip Neri offers a reflective pause amid historic stone walls.
A few minutes more, and the towering Santa Maria del Mar rises before
you, a masterpiece of Catalan Gothic architecture. If you stroll
towards the waterfront, the Columbus Monument stands proudly, pointing
seaward, while the gentle waves of Port Vell invite a relaxing walk
along the Rambla de Mar.
For a full day, a short metro ride can take you to Sagrada Família,
Casa Batlló, or the whimsical Park Güell, allowing you to experience
Gaudí’s genius in multiple forms.
Other things to note
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
