Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Our three-night stay in this apartment was unfortunately disappointing due to several maintenance issues and extremely poor sleeping conditions.
On the first day, the bedroom door would not open, which was a major inconvenience upon arrival. The toilet/bidet was also constantly leaking water, while the shower was not draining properly and would sometimes overflow.
The biggest issue, however, was the noise from the neighbourhood. We could barely sleep for all three nights. Groups of people were constantly gathering and talking loudly directly under the building, sometimes until 4, 5, and even 6 in the morning. Even with earplugs, we could not sleep properly and had to wake up exhausted every day. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with a child.
On the last morning, I contacted the person who had been communicating with me regarding check-in to ask about checking out earlier, as we had barely slept. Unfortunately, I received no response. At 11:00, the official check-out time, the cleaning lady was already knocking on the door.
The apartment itself had potential, but the maintenance problems, unbearable nighttime noise, and lack of communication made the stay much less comfortable than expected. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
