This renovated house consists, on the ground floor, of an entrance hall, two bedrooms equipped respectively with a 160 bed and 2 twin 80 beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find an air-conditioned living room/lounge/kitchen as well as a second toilet. From the kitchen, you will access the outdoor area (5 steps) consisting of a wooden terrace and an unenclosed garden with trees with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. A personal shelter is at your disposal for storing bicycles. You will have a private parking space at the front of the house.
