Nestled on the edge of the forest and 900 meters from Boucholeurs beach, this cottage welcomes you to discover the island of Noirmoutier. You'll be just 4 km from the famous Passage du Gois and 3.5 km from the Noirmoutier Bridge, which will take you to the mainland. This single-story house comprises a living/dining/kitchen area with an inset fireplace, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a storage room with a sink, washing machine, dryer, and freezer, which can also be used to store bicycles. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a fully enclosed garden of approximately 700 m², which includes an unoccupied outbuilding.
