The house is located in the Barban region on the border between "green" and "blue" Istria and is a successful blend of Istrian tradition and 21st century urban architecture. The lower floor is an open-plan space through which the kitchen, dining room and living room extend. There is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The beautiful pool in the outdoor area offers you refreshment on hot summer days. The pool has a hydromassage corner and one quarter of the pool is suitable for children with a water depth of 39 cm.



We recommend a visit to the beautiful beaches in Rabac, which are often described as the most beautiful on the Istrian peninsula. The nearest beaches are in Blaz bay, Krniki harbour and Duga uvala. Discover the stories of the small towns of Rovinj, Motovun or Hum. Adrenaline lovers are well catered for here, with the adrenaline park in Glavani and several neighbouring riding farms. Gastronomy lovers can visit the many Istrian taverns and treat themselves to excellent delicacies.
