Pool heating is available from April 15 to June 1 and from September 15 to November 1 of the current year!Modern Villa Balun is located in the Istrian village of Orihi. The fenced outdoor area also includes a barbecue and a children’s playground.A shop is 550 m away, while a restaurant is 450 m from the villa. The village has a 1 km circular walking trail. Nearby attractions include a farm with Istrian Boškarin cattle, Glavani Adventure Park (7.5 km), Feštinsko kraljevstvo Cave (8 km) and Morosini-Grimani Castle (6.9 km).
