The property is well located and the staff (in particular, James) is super helpful. They provide all sort of details to make your stay a memorable one. We stayed here as our center of operations for visiting Acadia and it was great and strategic location, at walking distance from everything interesting in BH.

Nice little spot close to downtown. Quiet, except our room seemed to be over/near obvious building system support. Hotel is older than most and thus dated. I found it to be overpriced.
