Beautiful inviting updated three-bedroom condo at the base of Sugar Mountain. The living area has high vaulted ceilings with comfy, cozy furniture providing the perfect place to relax. If there is a chill in the air, turn on the gas fire logs and enjoy the warmth and ambiance. Large smart TV provides entertainment for all. A fully furnished kitchen offers everything you need, a stackable washer/dryer located in the closet in the kitchen. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The tastefully decorated second bedroom is also located on the main level and has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The third bedroom is located upstairs with two twin beds and a twin/double bunk, offering plenty of sleeping space. Awesome and rare amenity in the mountains, this condo has central heat/air conditioning downstairs with heat and portable air conditioning upstairs.

This condo is the perfect place to stay in all seasons. You overlook the slopes/mountain bike trials and are within walking distance of the ski resort. The newly rebuilt deck affords you an outdoor place to sit and enjoy the sounds of nature and the creek that runs nearby.

Close to Sugar Mountain

The unit itself if very old and outdated. The furniture is old an uncomfortable and the unit had not been cleaned well, the carpets and kitchen floor were dirty and there were crumbs everywhere. The best thing about this location is the proximity to Sugar Mountain, you can walk to the Easy Street Slope.

No a/c! Highland Games weekend

The check-in process was very nice and personable. We were able to check in a little early, which was nice. The location was great and the rooms were appropriate for our family group. Disappointing things included the air conditioning not working on a very hot weekend. We specifically got Unit for the air conditioning. Also, the master shower did not fully work and required some manipulation to get it to work enough to take a shower. Master bathroom door would not close, but the handyman was out very quickly to fix that. Also strong recommendation that the carpet be pulled up and hardwood floors and rugs. Also, the sliding door to the balcony is difficult to open and close. We had a wonderful family time Overall, however, the above difficulties did make it not quite “as advertised“. I would use this rental company again, but would not stay in this unit again until renovations are done.
