This home is located within a short walking distance of snow skiing, tubing, ice skating, and all the wintertime sports Sugar Mountain has to offer. A very short drive to 2 grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, a mountain coaster, gem mining, shopping, and more.
This one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers a cozy atmosphere for one to enjoy and relax. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate sleeping for 4. Weekend with teenage son and his friend!

Took my 15 year old son and his 16 year old friend skiing for a long weekend road trip. I was nervous because I'd never been to this place before and they've never skied. The condo was perfect really for us. It all worked out. Only drawback was that we couldn't walk to the slopes due to the recent hurricane Helene damage but other than that, it was great!
