Become one of the first to enjoy this brand new fully upgraded, luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath ranch home featuring new furniture, Large TV's in all rooms, sunset deck, and everything else you might need to experience the High Country from one of the best year-round locations within Eagle's Nest! Positioned near BOTH the Great Camp for summer concerts but also fast access to the main gates to reach either Beech or Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, exceptional fishing as well as Banner Elk's tasty restaurant scene and a little night life. If Eagle's Nest isn't enough entertainment, enjoy exclusive access to the amenities of the Beech Mountain Club!
The home is ideal for 3 couples as it boasts 2 large king suites and a third spacious queen bedroom with hall bath. Finely decorated to the spirit of the High Country with a hot tub and seating on the deck, this is where you want to be for Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

- This home allows up to 2 mature dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus 6.75% tax
- Guests of the home have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
-All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc (dot) com
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
