Welcome to Soaring Ravens View! Soaring Ravens View is a two-level home perched on Beech Mountain, nearly 5,000 feet above sea level. Situated just five minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, this property is perfect for enjoying year-round activities. In winter, bundle up for skiing, snowboarding, or tubing, while warmer months invite adventurers to explore mountain bike trails and a disc golf course. Beech Mountain also features a summer concert series and scenic lift rides to the 5,506 slope-top bar.

The Buckeye Recreation Center, just a twelve-minute drive away, offers a variety of amenities, including basketball, tennis, and racquetball courts, a playground, and a lake for fishing and paddle boating. For additional attractions, Banner Elk is only six miles away, featuring highlights such as Banner Elk Winery, Lees-McRae College, and the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster.

The main level features a living room with leather furniture, a stacked stone gas fireplace with a mounted TV, and a wall of windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase long-range mountain views. The spacious kitchen is designed for easy entertaining, complemented by a dining area with ample seating for a full house. Step out onto the main level deck and savor the mountain air around the gas fire table, or fire up the gas grill for a delightful outdoor meal.

The king bedroom on the main level features, a TV, and a hallway bathroom. The lower level includes the king master suite with a full private bathroom and covered deck. There are two additional king bedrooms, which share access to the main level or lower level full bathrooms.

Soaring Ravens View features high-speed Wi-Fi, cable, and internet TV service, and allows up to two dogs. Heating is provided by electric baseboard heaters with thermostats in each space and a mini split in the living room on the main level offers air conditioning in the warmer months. The lower level and all bedrooms are not air conditioned. The property offers parking for up to three cars, with a catwalk from the parking area providing level entry to the front door. Winter travelers must be prepared with 4WD or AWD vehicles, and during periods of ice or heavy snowfall, chains may be necessary. There are several outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, entrance doors and view from the top deck.
