The concierge, Neil, was outstanding. His knowledge, efficiency, patience & friendly personality made our 5-day trip effortless. Check-in & check-out were a breeze. The location was perfect. We never needed to move our car until it was time to check out. Walkability to shopping, restaurants, & trails was perfect. Highly recommend the trail to the Bow River Falls!!
