Excellent accommodation for up to six guests in a 2 bedroom apartment. Available August 9th-16th 2026 only.
Accommodation is at the Rocky Mountain Resort just outside Banff, within the beautiful Banff National Park.
This price covers accommodation in a self catering 2 bedroom apartment (condo) but guests also have full use of the facilities as for a hotel guest at the resort e.g. swimming pool, spa, tennis and squash courts, gym, restaurants, children's play area, shuttle bus to central Banff, etc.
The apartment comprises of a full kitchen, a shower room, another separate bathroom, two double bedrooms, and a lounge with sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is six. Price is per night for the entire apartment, minimum stay 7 nights.
Please note that an apartment is allocated by the resort management upon booking. We own the right to the accommodation but we do not own a particular apartment. The resort management are responsible for the upkeep of all apartments and any queries that arise during your visit.
Having said that, the resort is well maintained, in an amazing area with easy access to Banff township and has great facilities.
This apartment offers fantastic value for money for a family or group.

I recommend you have a look at the resort website and Trip advisor to fully appreciate the range of activities available both at the resort and in the local area.

Banff Vacation

Trip was great. Excellent location, very close to downtown Banff but far enough to be away from the crowds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Area is beautiful with a ton of close by food options, hiking trails, and other activities. All in all, one of our favorite trips.

Nice resort, okay condo in Banff

The Banff Rocky Mountain Resort is in a nice location just outside the busy town of Banff. The resort shuttle makes it very convenient to get to downtown Banff for shopping and all the wonderful restaurants (parking downtown is very difficult). The outdoor hot tub is nice for soaking after hard hikes. The resort restaurant has good drinks and food. The staff is very friendly. The condo we stayed in needs a lot of cosmetic updates, as well as new living room furniture (current sofa and easy chair are very uncomfortable). The flooring needs to be replaced and the upstairs bathroom has mold on the ceiling.

Poorly maintained unit

The location is great, but the property was not cleaned very well. The furnishings were wore out and of low quality. The owner wanted us to call management at the resort with issues because they live in England and this is a time share.
