"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! All staff were friendly, the upgraded room (a 1 bedroom suite with balcony) was perfect. The breakfast was great (a Best Western tradition). We will be back.

The breakfast was fresh even though they had a big group there the staff kept the food stocked.The beach view was good, although in the room description it didn't say you had to go down a steep stairway to get to the room.

The front desk lady was extremely nice and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet. In the morning we enjoyed a hot filling breakfast. They have a beach access trail to get you to a wonderful beach to walk on.
