Super séjour !

Le studio est bien localisé par rapport au centre ville. La plage est située juste en face, ce qui est très agréable. Le studio est petit mais très fonctionnel. Nous y trouvons l’essentiel pour passer un agréable séjour. De plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement !

Emplacement idéale

Mal grès la belle plage de sable à proximité et le centre de Bandole qui n'est pas très loin à pied, mon séjour n'a pas été top à cause de la chaleur trop élevé dans l'appartement au mois d'aout, car le soleil tape sur les vitres de la salle de bain et la cuisine des le matin, donc sans clim c'est invivable en tout cas pour moi, dommage. En conclusion, l'emplacement de l'appartement et son équipement n'est pas idéale pour les températures supérieur à 26 °.

A part la plage qui est en face le studio a mon arrivée, le ménage pas fait, vaisselle vieille. L

Location nul, je la recommande à personne, mis à part la plage en face.

grosse déception

Nous avons pas été averti qu'il y avait un gros chantier trés important à coté de la résidence bcp de bruits tôt le matin même le samedi , ainsi que le lundi de pentecôte férié peu de repos , nous avons eu une inondation avons du déménager tard le soir dans un autre appartement le stress de l'eau bouillante les affaires inondé tout le nettoyage tout sortir voir le gardien qui coupe l'eau il était absent , le propriétaire devait faire un geste de remboursement maintenant nous avons du mal à recupérer l'argent promise au départ deux nuits maintenant une est puis maintenant ils sont a découvert pour rembourser, l'annonce mensongère l'appartement est derrière le bâtiment est pas devant comme la photo ;bref ça aurait pu être plus sympa; grosse déception vacances décevantes surtout pour un séjour court;

Situation exceptionnelle!

Un petit studio fonctionnel (et frais l'été) dans une Résidence calme, des plus agréables. Pinède à l'arrière,cigales... magnifique jardin très bien entretenu à l'avant, la Résidence se dresse au milieu de cet écrin, et dégage encore le charme de ce qui fut le Grand hôtel des Bains. En face, la mer et une petite terrasse ombragée réservée aux habitants de la Résidence. Un arrêt de bus qui permet de laisser sa voiture au parking et de vadrouiller aux alentours en toute tranquillité. A deux pas du Casino et une agréable promenade le long de la mer pour profiter de l'animation du centre ville ou prendre un bateau et découvrir les calanques et les îles de la région. Enfin, des propriétaires charmants ,qui répondent à toutes vos questions,vous conseillent. Des gardiens et des gens aimables et souriants dans cette "Résidence de caractère". Sincèrement, c'est une destination que je recommande!
