"The hotel itself is very good with a nice (but smallish) swimming pool area and access to an excellent beach/cove which is very safe and pleasant to swim in. The food at the restaurants is of high quality. The two key things that let the hotel down were: a) the lack of communication from the main reception staff - I enquired about several things (boat trip and external restaurant bookings) and never heard back even after chasing; b) the attention and quality of the staff at the beach restaurant. Given this is a 5* hotel - both areas were disappointing given the hotel itself and location."
