This apartment offers a magical view of the sea and the port. This rental is exceptional: incredible sea view, roof terrace furnished with an electric barbecue, close to the city center, the beaches, the port and the Casino but in a very quiet protected residence; tastefully decorated, very well equipped, air-conditioned. Access to the residence is restricted and you can therefore park without problem at the bottom of the building. The parking is secured by an electric gate with code or remote control. The rental is composed of a very large living-dining room with independent kitchen opening onto a very beautiful furnished terrace, a master suite area with bedroom, shower room, toilet and separate washing machine area, then another bedroom with a shower room with toilet. One bedroom has a 180*200 bed and the second has a 140*190 bed. The apartment is equipped with an internet connection and air conditioning in all rooms. We ask for a 25% deposit. The balance is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. The final cleaning as well as sheets and towels are included and included in the price. We ask for a deposit to be paid to us on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and given on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be requested. No rental will be final without these documents.
