80 m² loft located 100 m from Renecros Beach, the harbor, and downtown. Located on the 3rd and top floor, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the village, and the hills thanks to the 7 windows in the spacious 52 m² living-dining-kitchen area with 3 m high ceilings. East-south exposure ensures sunshine all day long, tempered by air conditioning. Spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate toilet. 12-square-meter bedroom with a large closet. Sleeping area with two bunk beds. Sofa bed with high-quality bedding. Private storage room on the first floor.

We renovated this loft in December 2020 and carefully decorated it so we could share special moments as a family with our five children. We’d be happy to share it with you and hope you’ll feel right at home :) . We’ve created a home office space for remote work and arranged a ball chair, armchair, and sofas so everyone can have some privacy if needed or gather together.
The kitchen features an island that seats 8 guests. It’s well-equipped with kitchen appliances, a waffle maker, a crepe maker, a griddle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Do you have teens who are addicted to Wi-Fi? Don’t worry—we have high-speed internet and provide access to Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TVs in the bedroom and living room.
