The floor of the room was very dirty. There were some attempts to upgrade the rooms, like a smart mirror, but the rooms and furniture are outdated and I had to wear shoes in the room because the floors are clearly not cleaned after every stay. The room itself was next to the stairwell, so could hear everyone coming and going all night. Would not recommend.

The room temp was good the rooms were very clean and lots of plug ins for our phones and i pads. Hall very dark and need renovation very close to the hyway and noisy. It was great to have info about tv channels that were available.

The rooms need a great deal of upgrading. They were clean but very worn. Check in was very easy and they gave us a room on the first floor so we didn’t have stairs to worry about.

I like that it was pet-friendly, however I was not pleased with them charging extra for a pet at the beginning of the stay. Charges should only be applied if there is any damage caused by the pet. Also, there were some issues with some features of the room. The electric outlet near the window didn’t work and I had to unplug the microwave every time I needed to charge my phone. The bathroom was clean, but the plate for the water tap in the tub was loose and it looked like there was mould on the bottom right corner of the door frame.
