I had a very late arrival after midnight and I called the hotel. The front disk lady was so accommodating and helped me with my reservation at 1 am. They also sent the shuttle to pick me up in 5 min. They also gave me late checkout. Great overall customer service! The hotel itself with very clean and colorful. The room was spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Baltimore airport area.

Room had a mildew smell tonit thatvwas hard to ignore. We had to sleep backwards on night #2 because of rhe smell near the middle nightstand. Appearvto have a poop stain on the wall. Most of the walls are filty and need to washed. Only thing that appear ro have been washed or clean before we arrived were the linen and you can tell the top linens arent cleaned every time there is a new patron. Hallway smelled clean and then room smelled like the original hotel of when it was built.

The breakfast was ok for the price and quality of the hotel. The eggs and sausage were room temperature and not hot. Healthy options were bananas and apples. The rooms were clean but smelled of disinfectant. The bed was lumpy and the springs made noise if you moved. The front desk clerk was not friendly but professional. Parking was fine and the area seemed safe.
