I booked two rooms. Rooms were dated and appeared unclean. We did not have luggage rack and when asked, the hotel said they did not have any available - we put our luggage on the floor. Other items missing in the rooms were not delivered to the room. We had to go to the front desk and wait until someone was available to get things such as tissues, shampoo, etc. Hotel provided shuttle service to the airport. We specifically requested shuttle service for evening flight. This request was made multiple times including at the morning of the flight. The hotel scheduled us for morning shuttle service for the following morning. When asked to rectify the situation, we were just simply told to wait until the shuttle was available. Shuttle did not arrive in time, so we took uber to the airport. The Hotel personnel told us there was miscommunication and we just need to wait until shuttle was available and they took no steps to correct and try to blame us for the mistake. I will not be staying at this property again and will recommend to our friends to avoid this property.

Room was in decent condition, breakfast was below average, except for the coffee. Room was only serviced every 3 days. Not much in the way of sound proofing between rooms. There was an airport shuttle available. I had my cat with me, and he had a nice little window seat to look outside.

The room was clean & complete with necessities, the staff helpful & friendly. Surprised to see a breakfast spread with hot & cold foods! There were eggs & sausages, yogurt, mini muffins, orange & apple juice. The shuttle to the airport was on schedule & the driver friendly & very helpful.

Room was OK , clean.. The A/C and heating system is loud and hard to sleep.. . The soap in the shower was empty so that wasn't good. I don't think I would stay there again. . The price was good but that is about it. Thanks though. The shuttle was good from the airport and back to the hotel.
