PROS-Very clean. Host to Military personnel and pilots of BWI airport. Shuttle to Airport, Bright lights at night in parking area. CONS- Needs a better parking lot repavement No Security. One elevator which is slow. Needs a better secured structure built for trash dump in back. I observed men unknown working on cars changing brakes in the back. Trees in rear parking lot neeèéd trimming.** I did not like computer for every one to use next to the elevator in the hallway on ground level***

Just Awful

This hotel is terrible! There’s no way it deserves a 3-star rating—it's not even a 2-star, more like a rundown motel. While the exterior may look decent, the rooms reveal just how old and dirty the hotel is. The rooms have a foul smell, and there are broken items, stained carpets, and old coffee machines that haven’t worked in years. I booked a 3-day stay but had to leave just 6 hours after checking in, and they refused to refund me for the remaining nights. The breakfast is the worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. There are four items: bread, bagels, sausage, and eggs, and they taste terrible. The bread and bagels look a few days old. There was like a constant banging noise like there was construction going on. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything from other rooms and from the hallways. I can keep going on but will stop here. In summary, I wouldn’t even give it a 1star review. Awful experience!

The bed has five plush pillows and was so comfortable I feel asleep in about 15 minutes - after my delightful sleep, I jumped in the shower and used the beautiful toiletries to get dressed for work while I traveled back across the country. A wonderful hot cup of coffee awakened me while I waited for the shuttle to get dropped off at the airport. It was amazing
