This hotel is a gem. The look of the site is elegant. The room was spacious and the staff courteous, friendly and welcoming. It is also in a great area of Baltimore.

I had to switch rooms twice because of inadequate standards. The first room had a missing body wash dispenser, missing hand soap, and a bottle of hand lotion that had been used by a previous guest. The second room had a leaking shampoo dispenser that had congealed and accumulated onto the rim of the bath tub. The front desk attendant was accommodating by giving a $40 credit, and he personally checked the final room to make sure it was properly prepared.

The staff was very friendly right when we walked in the hotel and made us feel so welcome! They were also very helpful when looking for a place to watch a football game we wanted to see! The room was very clean and the frig had plenty of options for drinks if we wanted them and the location was very safe! There were lots of options for things to do in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in historic, walkable Mount Vernon. The hotel has stylish decor, the staff is friendly staff, and my room was quiet and comfortable. On a side note, the shower gel is really nice!

I had to leave before breakfast was served 5:30a My original room was fine when I went to the front desk to inquire about a spare toothbrush I was informed that my room had been upgraded. Surprise surprise!! That room was larger and also very nice and so much more comfortable.
