A tennis court is available for shared use, alongside basketball, boccia, and beach volleyball facilities. The property is equipped with an EV charging station conveniently located on the premises, and internet Wi-Fi access is available within the complex, ensuring connectivity throughout your stay. The villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and privacy throughout your stay. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming space furnished with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, perfect for additional guests. From the living area, direct access leads to the terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Each of the 2 bedrooms is equipped with a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and each room benefits from its own private shower and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay.
