Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 3 minutes from downtown, you can easily enjoy the ocean, local cuisine, and the town’s vibrant atmosphere. The property features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including one en suite with a whirlpool tub where you can relax after a day of adventures. Two of the bedrooms have 1.60-meter double beds, ideal for couples to rest together, while the other two bedrooms have two 90-centimeter beds pushed together, perfect for children or guests.

The living room, with two comfortable sofas, and the dining room, which seats 8 people, create a cozy space for sharing moments with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy a heated pool with jets, perfect for cooling off and relaxing.
