This spacious townhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub. From the bedroom, you can step out onto a private terrace with stunning views, lounge chairs, and the perfect atmosphere for enjoying the sunset.

The fully furnished kitchen opens onto a beautiful private garden with a heated pool and water features, surrounded by lounge chairs and a table that seats 8, ideal for al fresco dining. In addition, the villa features a spacious living-dining room and another living room with two comfortable sofas, both with access to terraces equipped with tables and seating areas—perfect for relaxing and sharing unforgettable moments.
