This was our second stay here at Villas del Palmar Flamingos. As always the room was spotless clean at arrival and during the stay. I am rating too low because they did NOT give me the deposit back yet. It’s been over a month I am still waiting for any good response from the hotel. The hotel is nice but the staff is not helping with the deposit back. In most of hotels take $100.00 dls and in this hotel $7,000.00 pesos
