Is my second time in this place, I loved my room, the service, buffet, except the food at Adelita. The concierge was very nice to got me a reservation at Nest to compensate the bad experience at the Mexican restaurant.

Staff was excellent, especially our Expedia concierge Jessy! He checked in with us every day and was so helpful. We also enjoyed the 4pm food and drink resort activity classes. The proximity to the beach was the highlight of the trip though! Loved that they had boogie boards and surf boards for guests to use. The saltwater pool is also wonderful. The main negative is the noise, every night we were there (Mon-Thurs) there was a wedding with loud music right outside our room until 11 or 12pm. It was so loud that the room would actually vibrate. That was not great.

The timeshare people made the experience disappointing. Not being upfront about the time and also little transparency. The adult pool, appears that the filter was broken. Gross film floating on top and less water than the previous day. Lastly, the whole having to reserve your dinners at the A La Carte's is frustrating as they were all taken except the NEST which was fantastic service and food.

Great resort for families. Pool area was perfect for young kids. Buffet was good, always a variety. Dinner restaurants were great. Rooms unfortunately weren’t very sound proof from hallway noise but other then that enjoyed our stay.

This was a solid 3 star for us. The absolute best feature of the resort is the beach without a doubt. Clean soft sand, no coral just some rocks, great swimming and snorkelling if you know where to go. My note for this would be that they do not put out nearly enough chairs on the beach there needs to be double. The resort is on the smaller side but the capacity It can hold makes It feel smaller. Over the weekend we stayed there we felt cramped and It was very difficult for us to get reservations anywhere due to the amount of people in the resort for 4/10 days we stayed. The resort is open to the locals in Mexico which I think is great however once the locals filled the resort up It is extremely loud and crowded and does not feel like a 4 star resort in the slightest there are no quiet spaces on the property especially once the evening music starts. The food was excellent I have no complaints there. Not the biggest variety It does get old after 10 days but the quality of food itself was amazing. Every single staff member was AMAZING. The plumbing is awful and there is very obvious maintenance that needs to be done that doesn’t seem to be getting done fast enough. Toilet seats missing, the showers in the rooms are terrible. The maids only make your bed and give you more towels. Our sheets were not changed once in the 10 days we were there. Overall this is criticism to the owners and facility itself. Price does not match experience in our opinion.

Yes, the food options were good and a vast variety of cuisines to choose from. The staff was very helpful and responded well to concerns. We had to change rooms and they were very accomodating. Problem was the A/C in some of the rooms that was not working well. In some rooms the A/C was not cooling enough. Experienced one bad incident with our Uber that was detained, immediately after we exit the Resort. I made a written report (on the resort's request) so the incident could be documented and addressed. The experience would have been almost prefect,if it had not been by that one incident when we did Not feel Safe and instead intimidated & threathen. This (police stopping cars) should not be happening near the Resort's grounds.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with the fresh tacos, waffles, pancakes, and omelettes. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Very much appreciated the amazing service from all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially our concierge Terence and the restaurant managers Brayan, Oscar, and Tony. Also enjoyed the services provided from the resort photographer Rocha, had lots of fun having photo shoots. The nightly entertainment was great. Really appreciated how easy it was to schedule reservations and having late check out provided with efficient bellhop services. The beach was perfect at this resort- sandy, spacious, and usually easy to find chairs and shade. Also appreciated that the vendors were not intrusive on the beach. The only critique I would have is the food quality was only average. I did like that the sports lounge had a small buffet option open most of the day/night so you could find a snack regardless of time. They did their best to accommodate my partner's dietary restrictions but the buffets inconsistent labelling made meals a little harder to navigate. Not a lot of vegetarian options. I myself as a meat eater was not impressed with the flavor of the food, but at least there was a fair variety. Overall we enjoyed our time at the resort due to the excellent service, beautiful beach, and well maintained facilities.

Some areas are falling apart for example infinity pool tiles are falling off and the water wasn’t flowing like infinity pool should , the resort doesn’t allow taxis to enter the front so when you checking out you need to walk with the luggages so you can past the gate, very inconvenient

Overall the resort was fantastic. Terence was great and helped us with anything we needed. We loved the salt water pool, swings, quiet pool and food selection. The entertainment was excellent. The only thing that would have made it better was the quiet pool water level was low most of the time we were there and so the water wasn't being filtered and was filthy.

Overall great vacation with our 2 children ages 2 and 6 but want to make other parents aware of hand foot and mouth disease contracted between October 28, 2025 and November 4, 2025 at the resort. Our children were told they were only allowed 1 straw per day in their drinks at the pool bar and weren’t allowed to use their pool floaties in the bigger pool with us, but other children and adults were allowed theirs and other children were allowed to jump into the pool and into their parents arms but we were told no by a specific life guard. Also be aware - the workers doing service on smoke detectors in the room went into our fridge and drank a Coca Cola and left pop all over the floor.
