Nos encantó el lugar, muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones son amplias y solamente hay que caminar unos pasos para llegar a la laguna. La atención excelente, siempre estuvieron pendientes si necesitábamos algo.

Mauvaise expérience. Hormis la vue (partielle) sur le lagon, cet hôtel ne vaut pas le coût. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le ventilateur ne tournait pas bien. Les chiens errants se rassemblent aux alentours la nuit. Les propriétaires m'ont demandé de payer de manière virulente plus cher que le prix affiché sur l'annonce. Je ne recommande pas.

Son unas instalaciones que cumplieron con mis expectativas de descanso tanto en la habitación con las amenidades que cuenta en la Laguna de Bacalar y ante todo cuenta con equipo de seguridad para practicar las actividades acuáticas.
