It is a very lovely place for couples to reconnect with beautiful views of the 7 color lagoon. Breakfast was fresh and staff was very helpful and pleasant. If we were to give a critique it would be to include face towels/wash clothes in the rooms and shower caps.

This place has the most amazing view of Bacalar lagoon hands down out of the 3 other places we stayed at this one wins best view The staff are welcoming and very pleasant the only thing I didn’t consider was staying at such a luxurious hotel was the other guests we felt very uncomfortable around them not friendly at all

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at the staff was really helpful. I like the fact that it’s a smaller property. My room had a beautiful phenomenal view. I like the fact that I was able to check out a kayak at no extra cost and it was available for whenever I needed it. I also really enjoyed the dock with the tanning buds. The food was also amazing.
