No reception, Shampoo and soap poor. Take your own. Far from town, dark. No vip perks like the two beverage. Room was clean but varanda was dirty. Plus very noisy. Men drinking outside.

This small aparthotel is located a bit removed from the lagoon, so a car is probably a good idea, also to move around the area, which has more to offer than the lagoon. The property is very comfortable, with large rooms with kitchen facilities and balcony. It was cleaned every day to perfection. It has a small pool and outdoor area and safe parking. What I loved about this hotel was the attentive and reliable personnel - the gentlemen looking after it were lovely. The guests were mixed: families and a group of construction workers who were friendly and very respectful. I booked this place after one of the lagoon-shore hotels cancelled my booking on spot (dubious "adults only" policy) on a Saturday night during the high season. Azure immediately welcomed me and my son, and made us feel welcome and safe. I amply recommend this place!

Nous avons attendus 10min Ă  la porte avant que l’on vienne nous ouvrir. Le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone indiquĂ© ne fonctionnait pas. L’appartement donnĂ© Ă©tait correct mais le bon nombre d’ustensiles de vaisselles n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© vĂ©rifiĂ© (manquait 2 verres, 2 assiettes, les tasses, casserole
). Tous les ustensiles sont en plastique et en Ă©tat plus que passable. Nous avons du rĂ©clamer les indications pour la propriĂ©tĂ©, car rien ne nous a Ă©tĂ© donnĂ© une fois les clefs remises. C’est Ă  vous de vous dĂ©brouiller sur place. Personne n’est Ă  l’accueil, nous n’avons croisĂ© quelqun que pour le Check in/out. Le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone ne rĂ©pond jamais. La piscine est rarement filtrĂ©e (pourtant le courant fonctionne) et pas nettoyĂ©e (vu que personne ne passe dans ce resort) L’appartement est grand mais trĂšs sonore (portes, electro mĂ©nager, pluie) Les chiens abois une partie de la nuit et nous entendions tout. La plupart des chambres ne sont pas occupĂ©es ni rangĂ©es ou entretenue si vous n’ĂȘtes pas dedans. TrĂšs excentrĂ©, difficile de trouver des taxis juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©.

Very nice property with the right location. Everything you need to see in Bacalar is 5 to 6 minutes drive. Very centric, clean and Jose was very helpful.

The apartment was very clean and attractive. There was a problem getting into the building as no one answered the door even though I came when I told them I’d be there. I had to wait in the heat outside for about 10 minutes and their voicemail wasn’t set up to receive messages. The pool was turning green on our first day, then became more green on the second. They did clean it on the third day, however. Since there’s a kitchen in the unit, there should be a proper cutting board. There were knives, spatulas and other things to make breakfast but it was weird not having something to cut fruits and vegetables on. Also, having salt would be nice. But overall, it was fine and the bed was comfy and water pressure was good.

HĂ©bergement en apparence haut de gamme. Mais on quand s’attarde aux dĂ©tails, ce n’est pas le cas. La porte de notre chambre donnait sur un stationnement de minibus avec un va et vient constant et les chauffeurs qui parlent fort constamment, un des chauffeurs a mĂȘme ouvert notre fenĂȘtre de l’extĂ©rieur croyant qu’il s’agissait de la chambre d’un autre chauffeur, ce qui a fait peur Ă  ma famille. Une foire avait Ă©galement lieu juste derriĂšre l’hĂŽtel, faisant en sorte que nous entendions de la musique et des cris jusqu’à tard dans la nuit, nous empĂȘchant ainsi de dormir. Pour couronner le tout, nos voisins bougeaient des meubles et faisaient du bruit au milieu de la nuit et parlaient trĂšs fort au seuil de notre porte dĂšs les premiĂšres heures du jour. C’était extrĂȘmement dĂ©rangeant. Le wifi est Ă©galement trĂšs instable et il n’y a que quelques couverts qui sont en nombre insuffisants pour une famille. Bref, un sĂ©jour mĂ©diocre.
