"Functional, centrally located, and supported by courteous staff. What stood out, however, was the choice of music played throughout the property - it was entirely Western. In a place like Thanjavur, where visitors often come to experience the richness of local culture, incorporating regional elements would make a meaningful difference. Even a selection of Tamil devotional music could have enhanced the atmosphere, especially given the abundance of beautiful compositions from the Tamil heartland. "
