Unwind in Avon at this terrific house. With 5 bedrooms including 3 king beds, 2 bunk beds, and 1 queen bed, this welcoming property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy 4 bathrooms with amenities like a jetted bathtub and hair dryer.

Home is across the street from beach, steps away from the beach access. Recently updated, super spacious, large kitchen table for families to gather, tons of deck space to watch the sunrise or the sunset and enjoy the view! Plenty of room to relax! Lots of outdoor seating, a basketball hoop, large driveway for parking. The crows nest offers the best views and has a tv, lots of board games and puzzles, and a foosball table!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Beautiful but not family friendly. This property had plenty of space for our group of 12. The beds and couch were very comfortable and the porches were amazing. The host is great and responds to communication quickly. However, this property had a few decorations which included foul language (including the “f” word) making it not family friendly. *During our stay (June 2026) the beach was under construction and we had to walk farther each day to access it. Not the owners fault, but definitely something a traveler would want to be aware of.
