Bed Sizes: 4 Queens, 4 Twins

You won't have to leave any of the comforts of home behind; this rental has an open, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to an ocean-view dining area. There is even a private laundry area, so you can pack light and a cargo lift to make moving your things a breeze.

The top level opens to a lovely great room with a cathedral ceiling and warm furnishings set around the entertainment center. A spacious furnished sundeck boasts beautiful sound and ocean views. Two of the four second-floor bedrooms are oceanview and have access to exterior sundecks. The third bedroom is a bunk room, and the fourth has a TV. The last bedroom is on the third level and has a shared bathroom and deck access.

This home is located on a quiet road and is just a quick walk to beachfront access. After a day at the beach, you'll be able to make use of the elevated first level's convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

Eh expected way more.

Lift outside didnt work to get items inside. Mold in first floor bathroom with tub. Warped floor in other first floor bathroom by shower bathroom with tub drain is clogged with hair, HVAC on 2nd floor is locked to 70 and does not go lower. All the dishes in the kitchen were very old and showing signs of wear. Overall the house could use a facelift and some new kitchen tools.

Had not been cleaned on our arrival Cleaning crew came later in eve after we got in No beds made trash left etc Jacuzzi.. we were afraid to use given lack of attention to property . Too late check in Too early check out Only 2 dish towels Skimped on towels Management answers were as if right hand and left hand did not know each other Bedroom window broken and temporarily filled over with card board and masking tape We had a great vacation because of ourselves House was comfy enough That was sweet But service not good We regretted no grill on a beach trip and annoyed to have to rent a grill extra from elsewhere

Broken hot tub - terrible customer service

This property is managed by Vacassa. Vacassa has terrible customer service. You have to wait up to 30 minutes to talk to a human. There is no way to talk directly to the owner at all. I arrived at the property, and the hot tub was broken. It took days to get an answer as to what was going on. Then Vacassa played hard ball on giving me a small partial refund for the rest of the week. It really ruined my whole vacation. VRBO told me I had to resolve the issue directly with Vacassa, and took no responsibility. Overall, my worst vacation experience ever.

an experience of both good/bad

the home needs updateing with the furniture wich is so worn out and uncomfortable, there was moldy shower curtains and mold in bathrooms and bedrooms. We had no hot water for the first 2 days, half the windows had no screens and ther were no directions for TVs. The set up of the home with thw big kitchen table and bedrooms on second floor was ideal for my family but the home needs alot of TLC.
