The home is near ocean boardwalk access and has two carports, an under-house entry, a fish table, and a nice outside shower. The first level has a storage area with a handy small freezer for your catch. Damn Yankee will win you over with a perfectly maintained, third-level great room with tall ceilings and a super vacation floor plan. The owner's attention to detail has the all-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and nearby dining area ready for all entertaining assignments. Damn Yankee is a near-perfect vacation pitch on Hatteras Island and is a NON-PET property.

This property features a covered porch and a luggage lift that goes to the top floor. It includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Located on a quiet street just one block from the ocean. Restaurants, shopping, a fishing pier, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. The beach is just a three-minute walk away, and the property provides beach chairs, bikes, and water gear, including boogie boards. Additionally, there is a private electric vehicle charger available.
