Located in Avon only three lots back from the beach, Ocean Haus is a full glass prow front home that offers you great views of the ocean from the large furnished sun decks and screened porch. Sit outside breathing in that fresh ocean air as you wait for some delicious seafood to be grilled up on the charcoal grill. Rise up early in the morning in time to catch a beautiful sunrise, the perfect start to your day!

Indoors, you'll find comfortable furnishings in the spacious great room with cathedral ceilings. Fishing trip

We stayed in this house during a fishing trip, it was well suited for our needs. Could have some updating and minor stuff fixed but overall was good for what we wanted

We had a great time on our vacation. The property was exactly what we expected. The only negative note I have is that the refrigerator door doesn't close properly. You may want to have maintenance take a look at it. Or the properly owner may want to consider upgrading to a newer model.

Furniture is very dirty , dishwasher not working correctly it beeped the whole time we were there, parking was not good if neighbor had a second car we could not get in. Rugs and floors were gritty and dirty. Appliances are not in good shape, refrig door does not close and shelves are rusted in both fridge and freezer , toaster was temperamental as well as toaster oven.

This is a place we would highly recommend to anyone that would ask not to mention, we would stay at again. Great location, clean, and great service by the owner of the property. Finding a great place to eat was a bit challenging, that said, on our last night we found a great place to eat...and we would highly recommend it, it was called the Cockeyed Clam...off the beaten path in Buxton, but, food was excellent, we got what we paid for...

Fantastic - Never going to a hotel again!

This experience was my first time renting a house through VRBO. Based on the experience, I will never use a hotel again. Everything was perfect, and exactly as described. The house was located in a great spot was clean and welcoming. One of my best vacations ever as a result. 10 stars out of 5 for all of us! Woot!

Nothing fancy but gets the job done

We enjoyed our stay here. Ocean views were better than expected from the pictures. The house could use some updating but has everything you need. There is plenty of room to spread out and an abundance of deck space.
